1. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE & HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

All orders are shipped from New Jersey and typically arrive within 3 to 6 business days via USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, so you can monitor your package in real time.

2. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

    We offer a 30-day refund or replacement policy! You can return the item in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us—we’re here to help! 😊


    3. WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

      We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority!


      4. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

        At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future—stay tuned!


        5. CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

        If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation or modification by contacting us as soon as possible. However, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.


        6. ARE THE MATCHES SAFETY MATCHES?

        Yes! Our matches are safety matches, designed for easy and secure lighting. They are best used with the included flint striker on the jar base. Always store matches in a dry place and away from children.
